Invoices

Flavorz will invoice the Client after completion of booking. The Client agrees to pay invoice(s) by the due date(s) specified. Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in suspension or termination of the booking.

Payments

The client shall pay Flavorz the total balance no later than 14 days before the event. The initial 25% deposit of total package is a non- refundable deposit that will be applied upon final settlement of the balance. The full balance of the package booked less than 14 days before the event, is due at booking. After the deposit is paid at booking, the remaining balance is due immediately. A credit card must be on file for additional changes made to packages. The card will only be charged if necessary and you will be informed before payment is submitted.

Event Cancellation 

If the event is cancelled by the client, it must be cancelled 14 days prior to your event date. Within the 14 - day cancellation period only the 25% deposit will be lost. If an event is cancelled less an 14 days before your event, 50% of your package will be due immediately upon cancellation. 

Liability 

Flavorz is not liable for leftover food once sterno heat completely dissolves. 

Please Note:

All packages include plastic plates, napkins, cutlery, racks, sterno heat, and serving utensils.

All deposits are non-refundable.

All pricing is subject to change due to food cost at time of catering preparation.
